Graham Duff
Managing Director UK & EuropeGraham is leading the growth of Miroma's business within the UK and across Europe. A highly experienced figure in the UK and international media industry, Graham has held senior positions within both the media agency and media owners sectors.
Before joining Miroma, Graham was EMEA President for Mediabrands, where he was responsible for all Interpublic Group assets in the region including agency brands such as Universal McCann, Initiative and IPM, the group's UK Outdoor specialist.
Graham also played a pivotal role in the merger of ITV companies into a combined broadcaster ITV Plc, becoming its first Sales Managing Director in 2003. Prior to that, as Chief Executive for UK and Ireland, Graham guided Zenith Media through a highly successful period during which it remained the UK's largest media agency.
Graham is married to Sasha who is prepared to tolerate his dual obsessions of all ball sports (especially West Ham United) and music , but only if he does his fair share of dog walking. He also has two children in their early twenties.
Danny Lloyd
Managing PartnerWith a track record spanning 16 years in the UK media sector, Danny is an expert at creating value through media transactions.
Playing a leading role in Miroma's trading activity since 2009, Danny was previously Head of Trading at Active International where he gained valuable experience of the versatility of corporate barter.
Prior to this Danny held senior positions at two of the UK's biggest media agencies, spending seven years at Carat where he was Press Director and before that as a press buyer at Zenith Media (now Zenithoptimedia).
Married with two children Danny enjoys running and football.
James Walden
Head of Broadcast & DigitalAs Miroma's Head of Broadcast and Digital, James is developing innovative media solutions that incorporate greater broadcast and digital elements.
James has a wealth of experience covering the broadcast and digital industry. After working as a TV buyer for OMD, he was elevated to the role of Broadcast Director at PHD. James then moved to Bauer Media (formerly EMAP) to work specifically on re-launching key brands within the Bauer Radio portfolio.
James played a key part in the the transformation of Magic into a market leading London radio station, creating incremental revenue models for radio, web and mobile platforms, which have been adopted by all 42 Bauer radio stations.
Gideon Hoffman
Finance DirectorGideon oversees Miroma finances, and makes sure we pay all our bills on time.
Before joining Miroma in 2010, Gideon spent over a decade at HM Treasury advising ministers on thorny public policies such as health spending, taxation, and environment policy. He was one of Lord Stern co-authors on his review of the Economics of Climate Change, and oversaw gambling policy at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.
Gideon was a Fulbright Scholar, at Columbia Business School, and while he was studying for his MBA (management and entrepreneurship), he worked as a consultant for President Clinton Harlem Small Business Initiative.
Gideon enjoys investing in and watching horseracing, pressing buttons on gadgets, enjoys music and has excellent dress sense, especially socks.
Paul Mann
Managing PartnerAs Managing Partner responsible for developing Miroma's trading expertise, Paul draws on combined experiences gained from a career in the City and in media sales.
Four years as an FX Trader in the City of London, working for an American Investment bank on currency desks gave Paul an invaluable foundation in trading.
After switching to media, Paul spent ten years at Haymarket Media Group working across the company's directories division and managing magazine portfolios. As one of Haymarket's Business Group Online Publishers, Paul played a crucial role enhancing revenues by developing an expanding range of digital media opportunities.
Paul is married with 2 children and enjoys golf and his beloved Fulham FC.
Simon Poole
Managing PartnerA Commercial leader with over 20 years' experience in the broadcast and advertising industry, Simon brings a holistic knowledge of the media owner and agency sector to Miroma's senior corporate barter team.
Simon was previously Sales and Marketing Director at GMTV, where he led a commercial team that delivered record-breaking revenues. During his leadership of GMTV's commercial operations the company saw its market share grow annually for six consecutive years.
Prior to his career in TV, Simon was an Associate Director at CIA media for four years and before that Broadcast Manager at Leo Burnett.
Married with three sons, Simon is also a golf and football fanatic.
Mark Hilton
Head of MarketingMark looks after all marketing and communications for Miroma and also oversees all commercial partner relationships.
Prior to joining Miroma, Mark was responsible for the International Marketing and Promotion of various renowned acts including, James Blunt, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alanis Morrisette and My Chemical Romance. From setting up album launches and running promotional tours over Europe.
Whilst working for Simon Fuller's 19 Entertainment, Mark Project managed and coordinated the marketing with Sony/BMG Records for the 2 million selling "Annie Lennox –"Bare" album and multi-platinum albums for Will Young. He also supervised marketing plans for single and album releases worldwide and managed licensing, sponsorship and compilation requests for artists.
Mark was integral in the full planning of 3 major sell out UK tours with S Club 7, Annie Lennox and Will Young, supervising tour brochure shoots and Overseeing dance, vocal and band rehearsals.
Mark is married with a son and is an unrepentant Arsenal fan.
Katurah Shaw
Client Services ManagerKaturah has been in Event Management for the last 6 years working at some of London's finest venues. She now looks after the client services divison at Miroma. Her experience in the events sector has allowed her to retain existing and develop new relationships with restaurants and suppliers. In addition, she has created excellent long-term working relationships with media owner and media agency clients and project manages and liaises with all sectors of the industry whether making arrangements for a casual working lunch or a 500 person event at a venue in Europe.
Katurah enjoys cooking and practices Bikram yoga, in addition to this she enjoys walking her 4 year old pug Brian .
